From our very beginning in 1989, TJBC has been dedicated to the research and development as well as manufacturing of hose clamp and no-hub coupling. Over our 30-year history we've quickly become one of the country's leading experts in hose clips, hubless couplers, and hose clamp installation tools.

First called Baocheng Hose Clamp Factory, the company was then renamed to Tianjin Kainuo Industrial Co. Ltd. in 2002. We invest heavily in the state of the art manufacturing technology and advanced management approaches. Our manufacturing complex is a 100,000-square-meter facility, which built on a 37.8-acre site, houses a number of workshops focusing on the production of hose clamps, hubless couplings, and customized rubber components, etc. Our fixed asset is worth 100 million RMB, though our registered capital totals only 50 million RMB. With around 1800 employees on staff, we pride ourselves on a brilliant service team made up by 60 technicians, 30 engineers and 30 inspectors.

While it's true that quality, integrity and continuous improvement are three top priorities for us, we put nothing above customer satisfaction. That is why we should take tough measures to control quality as each product needs to go through self-inspection, in-process inspection and finished products inspection. All we do is make sure our product measures up to world-class quality standards.

Kainuo got ISO9001 certified in December 2012. To further honor our commitment to quality, we introduced a more comprehensive quality management system in March 2005, which was approved under ISO/TS 16949:2002 standards in early 2006.

From 1992, the company has set out to take on OEM orders. We've worked with several world-renowned client companies over the years, such as Sinotruk, Saic-Iveco, Weichai, and John Deere, just to name a few. Especially noteworthy is our partnership with Saint-Gobain, which is listed among Top 500 corporations worldwide.

Kainuo is determined to stay ahead of the pack in everything we do. In 2008, our sales income reaches 201 million RMB. TJBC no-hub coupling bears UPC marks, which was approved by IAMPO USA in 2008. We can build products to ASTM C 1277-2006 specifications. Our company is also the first among our peers to pass the REACH certification.
